About Us

Reside was formed following the birth of fintech in the mortgage industry. Off the back of a need for the mortgage market to evolve in line with the growing world of tech, the 4 of us have very much taken note and are building Reside.

Based in London, Reside can help with all aspects of property financing within the UK. We’re dedicated to helping you find the right mortgage for your needs and showing how best to protect it.

As experienced brokers, we understand that the process of securing a mortgage can be overwhelming and sometimes confusing. That’s why we are here to simplify the process, guide you every step of the way and take advantage of the modern-day way of working with lenders.

We work with a wide range of lenders, rather than being tied to a small panel to ensure that you get the best rates and terms possible.

Whether you’re a first time buyer, if you’re looking to refinance your current property or interested in investing in a new property our team of experts has the knowledge and experience to help.

Our commitment to personalised service means that we will take the time to understand your unique circumstances and tailor our recommendations to your specific needs.

We believe that communication is key to a successful partnership, so we’ll be sure to keep you informed and involved throughout the entire process and can help with every step of the journey.

We look forward to helping you find the perfect mortgage and protection solutions.

Who we are, what we do and where we’ve been.

With a collective 40 years of experience, we prioritise customer service above all else. Our team has worked at renowned, award-winning brokerages such as Habito, L&C, Barclays and Countrywide. We blend technological innovation with human expertise, offering a wealth of experience. Our extensive network allows us to search through over 90 lenders and thousands of mortgage products.
